Difference between version and

The old style CrushFTP 4 HTML interface is still available in CrushFTP 5. It has the browser uploader, or the java Crush uploader.
The WebInterface supports uploading right from the web browser. You can specify a custom form you design that goes with the upload too if you would like.
At line 3 changed one line
The browser uploader lets you choose multiple files, and has the browser to the uploading. It gives real time feedback as the upload progresses, including estimated time remaining and a progress bar. This example screenshot also has a custom form applied to the uploader in order to collect additional information from the user uploading. Forms can be edited in the [WebInterface prefs|WebInterfacePrefs].
Uploads have a progress bar showing the amount transferred, and estimated time remaining. You can upload both single files, batches of files, folders, anything.

The java Crush uploader is similar to the browser uploader with some more advanced options. You can upload whole folders at once, and it can also do compression while its uploading. It too gives you real time feedback as its uploading.
You can configure a custom form in the [WebInterface prefs|WebInterfacePrefs] of the main server [Preferences].

Integrated into the upload interface is a java applet for advanced mode. This is required to handle folders, and to upload acceleration, and bandwidth acceleration. The applet can transparently compress uploads that are in progress and CrushFTP will expand them as they are received. The applet can also run a [CrushTunnel] accelerating connections over high latency connections.
