Changing the default link on the logo can be done from the custom javascript section too:

The logo on the login page will point to our website, CrushFTP.com, as long as you have not applied a different logo. If you change the logo in Preferences, WebInterface, Options...something like mycompany.png, then the link will be removed. jus tplace that iamge file inside the WebInterface folder of CrushFTP, in its images folder.\\
