WebInterface uploads are a very intuitive part of CrushFTP. The WebInterface supports HTML5 drag and drop on all browsers except IE. IE supports drag and drop if the advanced mode applet is enabled by clicking the lightning bolt. Folders can be upload fusing the advanced mode in all browsers, and Chrome can handle folders even in normal mode.

You can set uploads to start when they are added to the queue immediately, or let the user batch them up and send an entire batch together.
