| CrushFTP
3 allows for events to be fired off on custom searches the user specifies.
For example you can do something simple like have your machine beep whenever
a user finishes an upload. You can also do something more complex such
as when ever someone uploads a file to a specified directory, a message
is sent to a specific e-mail address telling that user when the file was
uploaded, and a variety of other stats about the action. Perfect for use
as in a drop folder.
You can also do file I/O and move/copy the file to another location, or outright delete the file. Events are fired off based on search criteria for log entries. You specify the search, and when CrushFTP 3 write a log entry, it looks for any matches and processes them. All this is done with a friendly GUI. You also have access to a host of variables to return meaningful info to you in say e-mail messages. Not just static e-mail messages, but custom messages with live data.
