If you specify acceptable IPs, and the IP isn't int he list, the connection is dropped, and a message logged.
You can optionally specify the IP to bind to, and optionally specify a comma separated list of ports or IPs and ports to bind to. You would need multiple if there is more than one internal server connecting to the DMZ. One internal server per DMZ port.
